Cynthia Egbunonu

Cynthia Egbunonu is the Chief Executive Officer of Informanos Analytics & Artificial Intelligence, where she leads strategy, partnerships, and the development of AI-enabled solutions focused on leadership, team performance, and inclusive innovation. She also serves as a Team Coach at the Smith School of Business, helping student teams build strong dynamics and navigate complex business challenges.

With degrees in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Business Administration, Cynthia brings together expertise in technology, operations, and human-centred leadership. Her career includes more than a decade in the insurance sector, where she held leadership roles in business analysis, IT project management, human resources, and organizational transformation.

Cynthia is also an active community leader, serving on the Board of KEYS and mentoring young women and families through her faith community. A proud mother of three, she is guided by a strong commitment to purpose, integrity, service, and developing others.

Emmanuella (“Ella”) Nweze is the Co-Founder and Principal Advisor of Cyntell Advisory Inc., where she helps entrepreneurs, professionals, and business owners pursue long-term wealth through business acquisition. She advises clients on acquisition readiness, deal evaluation, due diligence, financing, and post-acquisition integration.

Ella is also the President and Co-Owner of Apogee Ceramics Inc., a Canadian manufacturer of engineered ceramics. She helped lead the company’s management buyout and now oversees operations, finance, supply chain, organizational development, and strategic growth, bringing firsthand ownership experience to every advisory engagement.

Her background spans manufacturing, technology, business systems, operational improvement, and digital transformation. Ella holds qualifications in Biochemistry, Management Studies, Business Management, and a Master of Management Analytics from Queen’s University, combining analytical discipline with practical experience in acquiring, operating, and growing a business.

Patrick egbunonu

Dr. Patrick Egbunonu is the President and Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer at Informanos Analytics & Artificial Intelligence, where he leads the development of AI-driven solutions that help organizations improve decision-making, productivity, leadership, and team performance. He is also President of 1MT Technical and Leadership Institute, a not-for-profit organization equipping young people across Africa with practical technical and leadership skills through an AI-first approach.

Patrick has held leadership roles across consulting, banking, insurance, and higher education. He previously served as Professor, Program Coordinator, Associate Dean, and Acting Dean at St. Lawrence College, where he launched the Business Analytics program, founded the Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Club, and established the Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Conference. He currently teaches Digital Business and Technologies at the Smith School of Business and has also taught in the EMBA Americas program at Cornell and Queen’s Universities.

Patrick holds degrees in Chemical Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, and Technology, with doctoral research focused on artificial intelligence and intelligent agents in management. A frequent speaker and active community leader, he was named Community Builder of the Year in 2025 and Kingston Business Person of the Year in 2026. He is also deeply committed to mentoring, coaching, and supporting his family and community.
